  • 4 cups
  • 3 tbsp
    distilled white vinegar
  • 6 tbsp
  • 3 tbsp
    fresh herbs
  • herb suggestions: chives, basil, tarragon, cilantro, dill


  • In a medium-sized saucepan, bring water to a slow boil over medium. Add vinegar, reduce heat to a simmer.

  • Place egg whites into a small bowl. Hold bowl close to the water's surface and carefully pour the egg whites into the water; cook for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until whites are completely set. Gently lift egg whites out of water with a slotted spatula or slotted spoon.

  • Place egg whites on plate; sprinkle with herb(s) of choice serve and desired sides!
